How we work together

Discovery Sprint

A four-week diagnostic engagement. I spend two weeks understanding your business — deep conversations with you and each member of your leadership team, a thorough review of your financials and operating data, time in the field or on the floor. You receive a written 10-15 page diagnostic memo, a prioritized roadmap, and a clear recommendation for what to do next. If you choose to continue with a 90-Day Operating Model, the fee credits 100% toward it.

Best for: Owners who want a clear-eyed read on the business before committing to a longer engagement.

90-Day Operating System

The flagship engagement. Twelve weeks to install the operating discipline a public company runs on. We tackle two or three priority workstreams together — typically some combination of KPI design and reporting, job or customer profitability, billing and cash cycle, leadership rhythm, and organizational design. You finish with an Operations Handbook, automated reporting, a leadership team running off real numbers, and measurable financial impact.

Best for: Owners ready to install meaningful operating discipline in 90 days and see the financial result.

Fractional COO

Ongoing operating leadership. For businesses that need a fractional COO presence beyond an initial sprint — weekly check-in with the owner, attendance at monthly leadership reviews, strategic projects as they arise, the hard conversations as they come up. Six-month minimum, renewable annually.

Best for: Businesses that need ongoing operating leadership but can't justify a full-time COO.
